Barbara Bissonnette has spent more than 20 years in business. As Vice President of Marketing & Sales for a privately held company, she gained first-hand experience in assessing the structural, management, and staffing needs of growing companies, as well as dealing with major changes including a company sale, merger, and acquisition. Today, she uses her expertise to help individuals and business owners become more resourceful problem-solvers, gain insight into their behaviors and how they affect others, and develop their skills to the next level.

Barbara is a Certified Coach and principal of Forward Motion Coaching (www.ForwardMotion.info). She is certified through the Professional Executive Coaching Program at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation.

She also completed “The Anatomy of Personality” professional Enneagram training from The Enneagram Institute, and a mentored program with Enneagram coach and author Mary Bast, PhD. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and Group Development Questionnaire.
